How to Create a Form in the Dashboard and Add It to Your Page

Forms are a powerful way to collect information from your users. This guide walks you through creating a form in the dashboard and embedding it on your page.

Step 1: Navigate to the Forms Section

  1. From your dashboard, go to Content & Marketing.
  2. Click on Forms.

Step 2: Create a New Form

  1. Click on New to create a new form.
  2. In the Internal Name field, give your form a name.(General enquiry)
  3. Enable the two automation options.
  • Create a new Enquiry when this form is submitted.
  • Create a new Customer when this form is submitted.
  1. Click Save Changes to store your initial setup.

Step 3: Add Fields to Your Form

Now you'll define the fields you want to include.

  1. Go to the Fields tab.
  2. Click Add Field and configure each one:(set type, width, required, and automation where needed - to know more checkout the video below):
    • First Name,

    • Last Name

    • Phone, Email

    • Enquiry

      After adding all fields, click Save Changes.



Step 5: Add the Form to Your Page

  1. Navigate to the Pages section of your dashboard.
  2. Select the page where you want to place the form.
  3. Go to Special Components โ†’ Form and drag it into your layout.
  4. Click on the form block and select the form you just created (e.g., General enquiry).
  5. Click Save.

Your form is now embedded and live on the page! ๐ŸŽ‰
