How do I create a new special offer?

To create a new special offer, follow these steps:

1. Log In and Navigate to Offers:

   Log in to your dashboard.

   From the left-hand menu, click on 'Marketing and Content'.

   Under that, select 'Offer'.

2. Create a New Offer:

   Click on the 'New+' button.

3. Enter Offer Details:

   Internal Name: Add a name for internal reference (e.g., "December Sale").

   Label Name: Enter the label that will be shown to customers (e.g., "Christmas Offer").

   Description: Write a brief description about the offer.

4. Upload Images and Logo (if applicable).

5. Under CTA (Call to Action):

   Fill in the CTA Label (e.g., "Shop Now") and CTA Link.

6. Under Disclaimer (Optional):

   Disclaimer Button Label: Enter the label (e.g., "T&Cs apply").

   Disclaimer Text: If filled, this will be a popup.

   Disclaimer Link: If filled, customers will be redirected.

7. Set Publishing & Visibility:

   Check the box to publish and make the offer live.

   Set the Criteria to ensure the offer is matched to cars.

8. Define Offer Period:

   Set the dates for Available From and Available To.

9. Choose Offer Type:

   Select Type:

   Order: Shows near inventory and orders.

   Finance: Shows near finance-related content.

10. Select Tags and Save changes:

    Choose a Tag that best fits your offer.

    Click Save Changes.

Note: When saved, it may take a few minutes for the offer to be matched to a car. Once matched, the offer will appear automatically in the vehicle card and vehicle page.
