How to Enable the No-Results Form in Your Showroom

When a customer searches your showroom and no vehicles are found, you can still capture their interest. By enabling the No-Results Form, visitors will see a form instead of a dead end, allowing them to share their details so you never miss a lead.


Step 1: Go to dashboard settings

  1. Log in to your Vyro Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Open General Settings.

Step 2: Enable the No-Results Form

  1. Scroll to the No-Results Form section.
  2. From the dropdown, select the form you've already created using the Vyro form builder.
  3. Click Save to apply changes.

Step 3: Test it out

  1. Go to your showroom website.
  2. Run a search that returns no results.
  3. The form you selected should now display in the empty state.
