How to add Google Fonts and change default Typography in your dashboard

Last updated January 30, 2026

You can easily customize the fonts on your showroom to match your brand style. This guide will show you how to:

  • Add Google Fonts to your showroom
  • Change the default Typography for body text, headings, and monospaced text

Step 1: Go to Dashboard Settings

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings → General Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Fonts section.

Step 2: Add a Google Font

  1. Under Google Font Name, click the dropdown and select a font from the list.
  2. Under Google Font Weights, select the weights you want to use (e.g., Regular, Bold).
  3. Click Save Changes and it will appear in your pages app

Step 3: Add Custom Font

  1. Click Add under Custom Font URLs.

  2. Enter the Font URL (e.g., upload or link to your .ttf, rift or .woff file).

  3. Specify the Font Name (e.g., Carnival).

  4. Enter the Font Weight (e.g., 300, 600).

  5. Repeat the process for additional font styles or weights.

  6. Click Save Changes and it will appear in your pages app

    Font Weight Name + Number

Weight Name Number
Hairline 100
Thin 200
Light 300
Normal / Regular 400
Medium 500
Semibold 600
Bold 700
Extrabold 800
Black 900

Tip:

If you want multiple weights for the same font (for example, Carnival 300, Carnival 600 and so on), keep the Font Name the same for all entries and only change the Font Weight value. This ensures your font variations (light, regular, bold, etc.) are grouped correctly under one font family.

Step 4: Change Default Typography

  1. In the same General Settings section, scroll to Typography.
  2. You can set fonts for:
    • Body Font → For main text content
    • Heading Font → For titles and headings
    • Monospace Font → For code or technical text
  3. Select the font for each text type from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Save Changes

Once you've set your fonts:

  • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  • Your new fonts and typography settings will be applied to your pages app.
