How to Choose Your Vehicle Card Design and Show Dealership Details

You can change how vehicles look in your listings, and whether each vehicle page shows the dealership the car is at, without contacting Vyro. Showroom managers and owners can change both.

Step 1: Open the inventory settings

1. Sign in at https://vyro.co/access.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
3. Select General Settings, then click Inventory.

Step 2: Pick a vehicle card design

In Vehicle Card Design, choose:

• Standard — a larger card with the price and key details. This is what your listings use unless you change it.
• Compact (four across on wide screens) — smaller cards that fit four to a row on a wide screen, with a shorter title and the price underneath. It suits a large range of used stock.

If your showroom has a card design made specially for your brand, Vehicle Card Design doesn't appear. Contact Vyro support if you'd like to change it.

Step 3: Show dealership details on vehicle pages (optional)

Turn on Show Dealership Details on Vehicle Pages to add a Dealership panel to each vehicle page. It lists the vehicle's location and any handover locations, each with its name, address, phone and email, and an Enquire button. It applies to the standard vehicle page design.

Show Handover Locations on Vehicle Cards, just above it, does the same for the cards in your listings.

Step 4: Save and check your website

1. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.
2. Wait a couple of minutes. Your website holds settings for a short time, so a change isn't always visible straight away.
3. Open your showroom website's vehicle listing and a vehicle page to check the result.
