Start a workflow from a template

Templates give you a working workflow in a few clicks — already branded and wired up — so you don't have to build common automations from scratch. You then tailor the wording, rules, and timing to suit your showroom.

Steps

1. Sign in at https://vyro.co/access and open Workflows.
2. Open the Templates tab.
3. Pick a template that matches what you want to automate, for example:
   • Notify your team the moment a customer enquiry, form, test drive, or order comes in.
   • Welcome a new customer with a warm, branded message.
   • Auto-reply to confirm an enquiry or form was received.
   • Test-drive confirmation and reminder the day before the booking.
4. Create the workflow from the template. It arrives with the trigger, steps, and email content already set up.
5. Tailor it — adjust the message wording, conditions, and timing — then preview it.
6. Publish when you're happy.

Result

A complete, branded workflow is ready to run, built on a proven pattern and customised for your showroom.
