Choose who enters a workflow

Last updated June 23, 2026

When you set up a trigger you can define exactly who runs through the workflow — the set of records it applies to — and see how many match before you turn it on. You can also choose to enrol records that already match, not just new ones from now on.

Steps

  1. Sign in at https://vyro.co/access and open Workflows.
  2. Open a workflow and select the Start block to edit its trigger.
  3. Choose the trigger type (for example a new enquiry, form submission, order, or test drive), then set the rules for who should be included. See Build conditional rules in a workflow.
  4. Review the audience preview — a live count of how many existing records match your rules right now.
  5. Decide whether to enrol existing matching records as well as new ones:
    • Leave it off to apply the workflow only to records that match from now on.
    • Turn it on to also run the workflow for records that already match today.
  6. Apply and publish the workflow.

Result

Only the records you defined run through the workflow. The audience count updates as you adjust the rules, so you can confirm the reach is what you expect before publishing.
