Show a callout on the order review page

A callout is a highlighted banner in your configurator, often used for a promotion or an incentive. Callouts are shown on the configurator page. You can also show a callout on the order review page, the page that summarises the customer's configuration before they continue to your order or enquiry link.

On the order review page, callouts appear under Car details.

Users with the Owner, Manager or Support role can change this.

Steps

1. Sign in at https://vyro.co/access.
2. In the sidebar, click Configurators, then open the configurator.
3. On the Structure tab, click the callout field.
4. Under Callout settings, turn on Show on order review.
5. Click Save Changes at the top right.

Show on order review is off for new and existing callouts.

Good to know

• A callout's visibility conditions still apply on the order review page. If a callout is hidden for the customer's selections, it isn't shown there either.
• The order review page is only used by configurators that send customers to an external order or enquiry link.
