Creating and integrating a Facebook business catalog with Vyro Dashboard

This SOP outlines the steps to create and manage a catalog on Facebook Business and integrate it into the Vyro dashboard. It ensures team members can execute the process efficiently and without errors.

Part 1: Setting up a Facebook business profile

Key steps

Log in to Facebook business profile
- Login to business.facebook.com
Request access to the Vyro App
- Navigate to Accounts > Apps.
- Click Add and request access to an App ID.
- Copy the provided APP ID is 2181845055578314.
- You will be notified when the request is approved by Vyro.
Refresh and confirm App access
- Once confirmed return to the Apps page. The Vyro app must be listed.
Add a new catalog
- Go to Data Sources > Catalogs.
- Click Open Commerce Manager.
- In Commerce Manager, go to Data Sources > Catalogs.
- Click Add a New Catalog.
Choose catalog type and set catalog details
- Select the catalog type (e.g., auto).
- Click Next.
- Then choose Vehicles as the catalog type.
- Enter a name for the catalog.
- Click Next.
Manage system users
- Go to System Users.
- Click Generate Token.
- Select the app you are working with.
Set token expiration
- Choose Token Expiration and set it to Never.
- Grant the following permissions:
  - Business Management
  - Catalog Management
