Recover account access when you can't use your authenticator app

Before You Start
- You must have access to your account email.
- You must have at least one unused backup code.
Recovery Steps
- On the MFA code screen, select Recover account.
- Select Send recovery code.
- Check your email for a one-time recovery code.
- Enter the recovery code on the recovery page.
- Enter one of your backup codes.
- Complete sign-in.
After Recovery
- You will be asked to set up MFA again immediately.
- Re-enrollment is required before you can continue using the app.
- Download and safely store your new backup codes.
Important
- Backup codes are for account recovery only.
- A backup code can be used once, then it expires.
- If you used recovery, set up MFA again as soon as prompted.
If You Can't Recover
