Workflow Overview for New Users
Last updated January 30, 2026
Here's a clear and friendly overview and step-by-step guide for a new user who is just getting started with workflows.
Workflows help you automate tasks so you don't have to do them manually every time.
For example:
- When someone places an order → Send them a thank-you message
- When a date arrives → Send a reminder email
- When something changes in your system → Trigger a notification
Workflows save time, reduce errors, and keep your process smooth.
