Set up the chat assistant on your website

The chat assistant answers visitor questions on your showroom website — helping them find vehicles and the right next step — using your own inventory and content. You can turn it on and configure how it greets visitors.

Steps

  1. Sign in at https://vyro.co/access.
  2. Open the Chat settings for your showroom.
  3. Turn the assistant on and set its welcome message and the tone you'd like it to use.
  4. Save your changes, then preview the assistant to check how it responds.
  5. When you're happy with the preview, confirm it's enabled for your live website.

Result

The chat assistant appears on your showroom website and answers visitor questions from your current inventory and content. Updates you make to inventory are reflected automatically — you don't need to re-train it.
