Choose which models customers can test drive
Last updated October 6, 2026
Set the models customers pick from on your test drive page, in the order they appear. For a model you can't book yet, send customers to a register interest page instead. Showroom owners and managers can do this.
Saving at least one model turns on your test drive page, where customers pick a model before booking. To turn the page off again, remove every model and save.
Steps
- Sign in at https://vyro.co/access.
- Open Test Drives.
- Click Configure Models.
- For each model, enter the Make and Model and a short Description.
- Add an Image: drag one onto the upload box, or click it to choose a file. To use an image hosted elsewhere, click Use an image URL instead and paste the link. Use Replace or Remove to change it later.
- To send customers to a register interest page instead of booking, enter the page in Register interest URL.
- Drag models by their handle to change the order. Click Add model to add one, or the bin icon to remove one.
- Click Save models.
Check a model can be booked
Each model shows whether customers can book it:
- Bookable · N vehicles — customers can book it. N is how many of your vehicles match.
- Not bookable — none of your published vehicles with test drives turned on match this make and model. Customers who pick it see "Vehicle not found". Click Check inventory to see the vehicles with that make and model, then turn on test drives for one, or correct the make or model so it matches your stock exactly.
- Register interest — the model links to your register interest page.
Make and model must match your inventory exactly, including capitals and accents (for example "4 coupé", not "4 Coupe").
Result
Your test drive page shows the models in the order you saved. Changes can take a few minutes to appear.
