Verifying Google Search Console

Last updated January 30, 2026

If you're looking to verify your Vyro Showroom with Google Search Console you've come to the right place.

Google Search Console offers several ways to verify your site. These include using DNS records (which is recommended by Google) as well email verification and other options.

If you're unable to use DNS records, you can verify your Vyro Showroom with Google using the Dashboard.

Steps

Step 1 - Create a Google Search Console account

If you haven't already, head to Google Search Console and create an account.

Step 2 - Select your verification type

You'll be asked to verify your domain name. Select URL Prefix.

Step 3 - Select HTML Tag

You'll be presented with multiple verification methods. Select "HTML Tag", then copy the part of the HTML tag that is shown below between content=" and the closing ".

Don't copy everything… It can be tricky to copy just the part you need. If it helps, you can copy the whole "meta tag" then paste that into a document and extract just the part we need.

Step 4 - Head to Dashboard

Save this in Dashboard > Settings > General Settings > Google Search Console ID.

Step 5 - Wait, then verify

Wait a few minutes for the changes to take effect on Vyro, then click Verify in the Google Search Console. If the verification fails, try again in a few minutes.
