Which web browsers are supported

Your Vyro storefront and dashboard are built and tested for modern, up-to-date web browsers. Staying on a supported browser gives your customers the fastest pages and makes sure every feature works as intended.

Supported browsers

We support the current and recent versions of the major browsers:

Apple Safari (macOS)	version 15 and newer
Safari on iPhone/iPad (iOS)	iOS 15 and newer

Android users are covered by Chrome on Android. These versions cover the vast majority of visitors and are already installed on any device that keeps its browser or operating system reasonably current.

Why we require a modern browser

Modern browsers understand newer web features directly, so we don't have to ship extra compatibility code to every visitor. That keeps pages lighter and faster — especially on mobile — and lets us build features on a secure, well-maintained foundation. Older browsers also stop receiving security updates, which puts your customers' data at risk.

What happens on an unsupported browser

The site will usually still load, but you may see visual glitches, features that don't respond, or slower performance. If a page looks broken, an out-of-date browser is the most common cause.

How to fix problems caused by an old browser

1. Update your browser. Most browsers update automatically — restart the browser to apply a pending update, or install the latest version from the browser's official website.
2. Update your device. On iPhone or iPad, install the latest iOS from Settings › General › Software Update; Safari updates with the operating system.
3. Try a different supported browser from the table above.
4. Clear your browser cache if problems continue after updating.
