How to Schedule Pages in the Dashboard

Last updated January 30, 2026

We're excited to introduce the Schedule Page feature in your Dashboard! With this new update, you can now set a start and end date for your web pages - making it easier to manage time-sensitive content, product launches, and campaigns.

No more staying up late to publish or unpublish pages — simply schedule them in advance, and let the system handle it automatically.

Key Steps

  1. Go to Dashboard

Login to your Dashboard.

Navigate to the Pages App.

  1. Create or Select a Page

Click New Page to create a new one, or

Select an existing page that you'd like to schedule.

  1. Locate the Schedule Option

At the top middle of your page, you'll see a "Schedule Page" option.

Click on it to open the scheduling panel.

  1. Set Availability

Choose your Available From date and time (when the page should go live).

Optionally, set an Available To date and time (when the page should stop being available).

5. Published Option Behavior

Once you enable Schedule, the Published toggle will be disabled.

You'll still see whether your page is published or not, but you won't be able to manually change it while scheduling is active.

If you want to manually publish or unpublish the page again, simply disable the Schedule option first — this will re-enable the Published toggle.

  1. Save and Relax

Click Save to confirm your schedule.

Your page will now automatically publish and unpublish according to your selected dates.

Why Use It

Schedule pages ahead of time for launches, events, or offers.

Save time and eliminate the need for manual publishing.

Maintain consistent timing for all your campaigns.

No More Midnight Publishing

Now, you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to publish a page. Just set your schedule, and your page will go live exactly when you want it to.

Plan smarter. Publish automatically. Stay ahead with the new Schedule Page feature.
