How to create and add Snippets in the Pages App

Objective

A step-by-step process for creating reusable snippets and embedding them into pages. Snippets make content updates faster, ensure consistency across multiple pages, and reduce manual errors.

Key Steps

1. Go to Dashboard

• Login to the Dashboard
• Navigate to the Content and Marketing section.

2. Navigating to Snippets

• Click Snippets.
• Review the list of existing snippets or prepare to create a new one.

3. Creating a New Snippet

• Click New + to create a snippet.
• Assign a Code (unique identifier, e.g., number).
• Enter a Value (content you want to use).
• Save your snippet.

4. Go to the Pages App

• Open the Pages App.
• Select an existing page or create a new one.

5. Insert Snippet

   • Copy the snippet code.
   • Add a Heading or Text element in the page.
   • Paste the code in Heading or Text

6. Saving and Publishing the Page

Click Save to store your changes.

Toggle Publish to make the page live.

7. Verifying the Changes

Refresh the published page in your browser.

Confirm the snippet value displays correctly in the selected element.
