How to Automate Order Status Updates: From Handover to Delivered

Once a handover task is marked as complete in the Sales Hub calendar, you'll be prompted to update the customer's associated order(s) to the Delivered status automatically.

This automation bridges:

  • Calendar task completion ➡️
  • Order stage update (e.g. Settlement → Delivered)

How It Works

  1. Start with an order The order should be in Processing, Settlement, or Handover status.
  2. Book a handover Schedule it in the Sales Hub Calendar.
  3. Complete the handover task After completion, a pop-up asks: "Move this order to Delivered?"
  4. Click to confirm
    • Click "Move" to update the order instantly
    • Or click into the order to review before updating
