Reporting an Outage
If you have a critical incident to report, such as an outage, first – check out our Status Page. If we've already logged an incident, we're on it, and will post updates via the Status Page regularly. We take uptime seriously.
If an incident hasn't been reported yet, and you need assistance immediately, we're here to help. Lodge an emergency support request and one of our on-call teams will assist.
